Voici ma participation pour le Challenge 191 de Lawn Fawnatics « Spring Fling ». Ce n’est définitivement pas ma carte maison favorite car le résultat est différent de ce que j’avais imaginé. Je voulais ajouter une serre (faite avec le die « build-a-greenhouse » de Lawn Fawn), mais malheureusement je n’en ai pas eu la place. J’ai tout de même décider de la publier : elle correspond au challenge en cours de Lawn Fawnatics et l’idée de base (avoir des souris qui prennent soin de tulipes au lieu de légumes) y est.

Voici la liste du matériel utilisé :
Set de tampons : Tous sont de la marque Lawn Fawn – « Veggie happy » + « carrot ’bout you »
Ciel : Distress « broken china » ; pochoir de chez Lawn Fawn « Slimline Cloudy Stencil »
Herbe : Distress oxyde : « Twisted citron » et « mowed lawn » ; Die de chez Lawn Fawn « grassy border » ;
Die: « large slimline with sliders » de Lawn Fawn (+ grassy border )
Papier : papier uni marron foncé et brillant
Titre : Poudre à embosser Nuvo, couleur « Happy Daze »

Here is my entry for the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 191, « Spring Fling. » This is definitely not my favorite homemade card, as the result turned out different from what I had imagined. I wanted to add a greenhouse (made with the « Build-a-Greenhouse » die from Lawn Fawn), but unfortunately, I didn’t have enough space for it. However, I still decided to share it : it fits with the current Lawn Fawnatics challenge, and the main idea (having mice taking care of tulips instead of vegetables) is there.

For this card I used the following supplies:
Stamp sets:  All are from Lawn Fawn « Veggie happy » + « carrot ’bout you »
Sky:  Distress « broken china »; Stencils from Lawn Fawn « Slimline Cloudy Stencil »
Grass: Distress oxyde: « Twisted citron » and « mowed lawn »; Die from Lawn Fawn « grassy border »
Die: « large slimline with sliders » from Lawn Fawn (+grassy border )
Papers: brown colored paper + glitter one.
Title: Nuvo Embossing powder – color: « Happy Daze »

Challenge 190 from Lawn Fawnatics « Anything but a card or tag » – Bookmark with « stud puffin » stamps from Lawn Fawn

Après avoir réalisé mon premier marque page pour le challenge 190 de Lawn Fawnatics « Anything but a card or tag », j’ai décidé d’en faire un deuxième. Celui-ci est destiné à mon compagnon, pour la Saint Valentin ; un peu de pression car je ne lui fais jamais de carte personnalisée.

After making my first bookmark for the challenge Lawn Fawnatics 190 ‘Anything but a card or tag’, I decided to make a second one. This one is for my partner, for Valentine’s Day. We visited Iceland several years ago and very appreciated that travel. I am feeling a bit under pressure as I never make him a personalised card, so I hope he will like it.

For this card I used the following supplies:

Voici ma participation pour le challenge 190 de Lawn Fawnatics « Anything but a card or tag ». Ce challenge a été l’occasion de sortir de ma zone de confort. J’ai décidé de faire un marque page, destinée à une amie qui aime les loups. N’ayant pas la matrice de découpe spéciale, je me suis adaptée avec celles que j’avais. La lune a été faite après avoir découpé un rond de 4 cm de diamètre dans du carton pour en faire un pochoir.

Today, I am showing you my entry for the challenge Lawn Fawnatics 190 ‘Anything but a card or tag’. This challenge was the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone. I decided to make a bookmark for a friend who loves wolves. As I’ve never expected to do a bookmark, I didn’t have the special dies. However, it worked fine with the ones I had (using the smaller rectangle of « large slimline with sliders », and
cutting a little high). The moon was made after cutting a 4cm diameter circle out of cardboard to make a stencil.
