Christmas Card « Beachy Christmas » – Lawn Fawn

Voici la deuxième carte à destination de l’Australie que j’ai faite pour Noël.

Pour cette carte, j’ai utilisée deux sets de tampon Lawn Fawn : Beachy Christmas et Toboggan together.

L’effet 3D a été fait avec le die de la même marque et son add-on, nommés respectivement platform pop-up et platform pop-up add-on. Pour l’étiquette, j’ai utilisé de la poudre à embosser Nuvo, qui permet d’avoir un relief. Les papiers utilisés viennent de chez Action.

This is the second Christmas Card I made for people living in Australia.

For this card, I used two stamp sets, both from Lawn Fawn: Beachy Christmas and Toboggan together.

I also used die sets from the same brand to make an interactive card: platform pop-up and platform pop-up add-on. The text has been made with Nuvo powder. The papers came from Action, an european discount shop.

Christmas Card « Christmas Fishes + Beachy Christmas » – Lawn Fawn

Bonjour à tous,

Voici une autre de mes cartes de Noël faite cette année, destinée à quelqu’un vivant en Australie. J’ai trouvé les nouveaux tampons « beachy christmas » de chez Lawn Fawn parfaitement adaptés à cette occasion ! Je les ai associé au set de tampon « Christmas Fishes » de la même marque.

Comme à mon habitude, les tampons ont été découpés à la Scan N cut et coloriés avec des Promarkers . L’étiquette avec le texte a été faite avec de la poudre à embosser (Sweet Sorbet de Nuvo).

Au niveau des encres utilisées pour le fond :
– Pour le sable: Distress classique – couleurs : antique linen, brushed corduroy.
– Pour l’eau : Distress oxyde – couleurs : tumbled glass, peacock feathers, salty ocean, blueprint sketch
– Pour le ciel : Distress oxyde – couleurs : salty ocean, blueprint sketch, chipped saphhire. J’ai aussi utilisé un spray fait à partir d’eau et de mousse Nuvo (couleur : pure platinium) et un spray blanc Ranger. C’est un nouveau combo de couleur/sprays pour moi, et j’aime beaucoup le résultat!

This is another Christmas card I made this year, with products from Lawn Fawn. The card is for someone who is living in Australia, that explains why I chose to use the new stamps set « beachy christmas ». I associated it with an older stamp set « Christmas Fishes ». I think these stamp sets are perfect for people who celebrate Christmas in summer!

As usual, the stamps were cut with my Scan N Cut and colored with Promarkers. The label with the text was made with embossing powder (color: Sweet Sorbet from Nuvo).

I used Distress inks for the background :
– For the sand: Distress « classic » – colors : antique linen, brushed corduroy.
– For the water: Distress oxyde – colors : tumbled glass, peacock feathers, salty ocean, blueprint sketch
– For the sky: Distress oxyde – colors: salty ocean, blueprint sketch, chipped saphhire. I also used a spray made with Nuvo mousse (color :pure platinium) and water and a white spray from Ranger. This a new combo of colors for me and I really like the results!

Chritmas Card – Lawn Fawn – Snowball fight with puffins

Voici ma première carte de Noël de l’année, faite avec des produits de chez Lawn Fawn. La carte est destinée à une personne qui aime l’Islande, d’ou les macareux!

Pour cette carte, j’ai utilisé plusieurs sets de tampons : « Stud Puffin », « Snow One like you », « Snowball fight » et « Ugly and bright ».
Les collines et les montagnes ont été faites avec des dies de la même marque, respectivement les sets « stitched hillside borders » et « stitched mountain borders ».
Le ciel a été fait avec les encres Distress oxydes suivantes : Picked raspberry, chipped saphhire, wilted violet, twisted citron. J’ai aussi utilisé un spray fait à partir d’eau et de mousse Nuvo (couleur : pure platinium). Le texte a été fait en utilisant de la poudre à embosser.

Je suis plutot contente du résultat…. Il ne me reste plus qu’à faire toutes les autres cartes !

This is my first Christmas card of the year, with products from Lawn Fawn. The card is for someone who love Iceland, that explains why I chose to use the puffins stamps!

For this card, I used several stamp sets: « Stud Puffin », « Snow One like you », « Snowball fight » and « Ugly and bright ».
Dies from the same brand were used to do the mountains, and hills: « stitched hillside borders » « stitched mountain borders ».

I made the sky with the following Distress oxydes inks: Picked raspberry, chipped saphhire, wilted violet, twisted citron. I also used a spray made with Nuvo mousse (color :pure platinium) and water.
For the text I used embossing powder.

I very love the result! Now I still have to do all the other cards…

Adventureland door

Voici la dernière page que j’ai faite, avec une photo de la porte d’Adventureland à Disneyland Paris.

Pour cette page j’ai utilisé :
– Du papier de chez action
– Des fleurs de chez Kaisercraft
– Des dies ovales
– Le titre et Jasmine ont été découpés avec la Scan N Cut. Le fichier SVG de Jasmine a été acheté sur Etsy (lien). Malheuresement, certains détails étaient trop petits pour être découpés par la machine et j’ai donc fait certaines parties à la main, ce qui explique les imperfections….

This is the last page I made, with one picture of the door of Adventureland at Disneyland Paris.

For this page I used:
– Papers from Action (a discount shop in Europa)
– Flowers from the brand Kaisercraft
– Ovals dies
– The title and Jasmin were cut thanks to the Scan N Cut. The Svg file of Jasmine was bought on Etsy (link). Unfortunately, some parts were too small to be cut by the machine, and I did some parts manually, which can explain why Jasmine is not perfect….

Voici une nouvelle page sur le thème de la décoration Halloween de Disneyland Paris.

Comme pour la page précédente, j’ai utilisé le bloc de papier « Dia De Los Muertos » de la marque Recollections. J’ai aussi utilisé du papier orange, noir et rose. Les fleurs sont de la marque Artemio et Hobby Fun. Les fleurs de chez Hobby Fun ne sont pas faciles à trouver, mais elles sont d’excellentes qualités (et pas très cheres !)

Like for the previous page, I used papers from the bloc « Dia De Los Muertos » from Recollections. I also used orange, pink and dark papers. The flowers are from the brand Artemio and Hobby Fun. The flowers from Hobby Fun are not easy to find online or in shops, but they are very nice, with a good quality and not expensive!

Après un abandon du blog à cause de problèmes de santé, je vais essayer de reposter plus souvent, avec tout d’abord les pages sur la décoration Halloween de Disneyland Paris.

Pour celle-ci j’ai utilisé très peu de matériel : le bloc de papier « Dia De Los Muertos » de la marque Recollections et du papier orange pour les cadres et le titre. La fleur est de la marque Artemio ; j’ai fait son coeur avec des Nuvo drops.

Birthday Card – « Sew Cute »- Lawn Fawn

Aujourd’hui, je vous montre la carte faite pour l’anniversaire de ma mère, sur le thème d’un de ses loisirs favoris : la couture. Comme le montre la vidéo, la carte est interactive : l’ampoule de la machine à coudre peut s’allumer.

La lumière a été faite avec un kit Chibitronics. C’est assez facile à utiliser, une fois qu’on a compris la technique. De nombreux tutoriels sont disponibles sur Youtube si le livret fournit ne répond pas à vos questions.
Pour les tampons, j’ai utilisé plusieurs sets de chez Lawn Fawn « Sewn with love », « Upon a star », « Virtual Friends » and « Push here ».
Les papiers viennent d’Action.

Je suis assez fière du résultat : c’est la deuxième carte que je fais avec des Chibitronics, et on voit une amélioration… Il suffisait de perseverer !

Today I am showing you the card I made for my mother’s birthday. I chose this theme because she likes sewing. As you can see on the video, the card is interactive: the light of the sewing machine can be turned on.

For the light I used the kit from Chibitronics. It’s pretty simple to use them once you understood the technique. If you need other explanations not available in the book included in the kit, there are several tutorials avalaible on Youtube.
For the stamps, I used several sets from Lawn Fawn: « Sewn with love », « Upon a star », « Virtual Friends » and « Push here ».
The papers come from a discount shop.

I was pretty proud of the result, as it’s only my second card made with Chibitronics… The secret was just to persevere!

Voici la page que j’ai faite ce week-end, avec des photos prises devant le château de la Belle au bois dormant à Disneyland Paris.

La page a été réalisée avec des papiers, des stickers et die-cuts de la collection « A Magical Place » d’Echo Park. J’ai aussi utilisé du papier rouge uni. La page est plutôt simple, elle nécessite très peu de matériel, mais j’aime beaucoup le résultat final.

Today, I am showing you the page I made this week-end with pictures taken in front of the Sleeping Beauty castle, in Disneyland Paris.

The page was made with papers, stickers and die-cuts from the collection « A Magical Place », from Echo Parks. I also use red paper. The page is simple, I used few materials, but I like the results.

Carte – Card « Beary rainy day » – Lawn Fawn

Voici une carte que j’ai faite avec les nouveaux tampons Lawn Fawn, les sets « Beary rainy day » et « Here for you Bear » ; ce deuxième set était gratuit sur le site de la marque lors de la sortie de la nouvelle collection, avec un montant d’achat minimum.

Pour le fond, j’ai utilisé les encres Distress oxyde suivantes : Chipped sapphire, Blueprint sketch, salty Ocean. J’ai ensuite pulvérisé un spray d’eau et de mousse Nuvo (couleur iced aqua), puis j’ai fait les nuages avec un pochoir et de l’encre Distress (Black soot et hickory smoke). Comme vous le verrez sur la photo ci-dessous, la carte est interactive, grâce au die Let’s toast Pull, aussi de Lawn Fawn. L’idée vient du blog Lawn Fawn avec une carte faite par Megan (https://www.instagram.com/solyciela/).

Comme d’habitude, j’ai coloré mes tampons avec des Promarkers, et ils sont découpés avec la Scan N cut.
Pour le texte, j’ai embossé à chaud (avec de la poudre Nuvo jaune).

Carte interactive – interactive card

Good evening,

Today I show you the first card I made with the new stamps from Lawn Fawn. For this card I used the sets « Beary rainy day » and « Here for you Bear » ; this second set was free on the website of the brand, with a minimum purchase amount.

For the background, I used Distress oxyde inks (color: Chipped sapphire, Blueprint sketch, salty Ocean), then I used a spray of Nuvo mousse (color: iced aqua) mixed with water. After that, I made the clouds with a stencil and Distress inks (Black soot and Hickory smoke). As you can see, the card is interactive, thanks to the die set « Let’s toast Pull Tab » (Lawn Fawn). The idea came from Lawn Fawn blog, the card was made by Megan (https://www.instagram.com/solyciela/).

As usual, I used promarkers to color the stamps, and they are cut with my Scan N cut. The text is made with yellow embossing powder from Nuvo.

Aujourd’hui, je voudrais partager les autres cartes de voeux que j’ai faites. Je sais que la période des fetes de fin d’année est terminée, mais à cause de problèmes médicaux, j’ai fini mes cartes en retard. Vous trouvez donc ici mes préférées. Les tampons utilisés sont de Lawn Fawn.

The snow is a stamp, used with embossing powder (color: shimmering pearl, from nuvo). For the sky, I used the following Distress ink oxydes: tumbled glass, peacock feathers, cracked pistachio.

La neige a été faite à partir d’un tampon, avec de la poudre à embosser Nuvo (couleur : shimmering pearl). J’ai réalisé le ciel avec les encres Distress oxydes suivantes : tumbled glass, peacock feathers, cracked pistachio.
